Cancellation and Terms of Refund

You may cancel any event you have booked up to 48 hours prior to the event at no charge.

If , for any reason you cancel within 48 hours to the event, you may be charged the full amount.

To cancel a booking you must inform us by phone, in writing or email. A booking should be considered cancelled following a confirmation from a member of the Women's Biz Network team

Membership is subject to a 28 day 'cooling off period'. You may cancel at any time within 28 days for a full refund. All data, directories and Women's Biz Network intellectual property must be returned for a full refund if exercising the 28 day 'cooling off period'. After this time, membership will run for a 12 month period renewable on each calender anniversary.

Payment Policy

All cheques to be payable to 'Carmarthenshire Chamber'. Our payments terms are quoted here in order to provide clarity and transparency. Payment Terms: Strictly 20 days. Please quote invoice number with all payments. If payment is not received within 20 days you will be issues an'outstanding account' letter. If no contact or payment is subsequently made within 7 days you will be issued a 'final demand', notifying you, that should payment not be received within 7 days, your details will be passed onto a credi agency.

Miscellaneous

We may assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms (subject to adequate protection of your rights) We may alter these Terms from time to time and post the new version on the Women's Biz Network Website, following which all use of the Women's Biz Network Website will be governed by that updated version. If any provision of the Terms shall become or be decalred illegal, invalid or unforseeable for any reason whatsoever, such provision shall be divisable and demmed deleted from them. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
